Hello there, I’m Natasha, the founder of Glow Up.

Why did I create Glow Up?

Because I believe one of the most powerful things a woman can do is decide who she becomes next.

I believe in transformation because I’ve experienced its power.

Life changed me.

Fashion and self-expression had always been part of my world.

I spent decades across fashion, personal shopping, styling and modelling.

And I knew it was never just about the clothes.

When a woman transforms, something shifts.

She stands taller. Moves differently. Takes up space.

She sees herself differently — and the world feels it too.

I knew the power of personal style.

I knew what it could awaken in a woman.

Then life happened in ways I could never have prepared for.

I moved through profound loss, heartbreak and circumstances that changed the course of my life.

For a long time, I was surviving.

And somewhere within that survival, I lost my connection to myself.

I know what it’s like to hit rock bottom — to lose your confidence, your identity, and the things that once made you feel like you.

I felt stuck in a version of myself I barely recognised in the mirror.

I missed who I used to be.

For a while, I wondered if I’d ever find my way back.

Healing and personal development had been part of my world for years. I’d explored it, trained in it and experienced its power in my own life.

This chapter took that work even deeper.

I didn’t just want to experience transformation. I wanted to understand it.

How we heal. How we grow. How we find ourselves again.

I learnt how to hope again.

I began to know the woman I was becoming.

And my love of self-expression returned.

Fashion became exciting again.

Beauty became playful.

Getting ready became something I loved again.

It was empowering.

It was a celebration of self.

And somewhere within all of this, the biggest realisation came.

The inner and outer were never meant to exist separately.

Healing. Growth. Self-discovery. Identity.

Fashion. Beauty. Style. Self-expression.

Looking incredible on the outside is powerful, but if you don’t feel it within yourself, it can only take you so far.

And after doing the work within, there is something powerful about choosing yourself on the outside too.

Taking pride in yourself. Feeling elevated. Allowing yourself to be seen.

Until the woman you’ve worked so hard to become is the woman you see reflected back at you.

That isn’t superficial.

That’s self-expression. That’s celebration.

My ultimate Glow Up was the meeting point between transformation and expression — who I had become within, brought fully to life on the outside.

I knew I wanted to create an experience where other women could feel that same alignment — elevated, expressed and completely themselves.

And that became Glow Up.
