The Woman Behind Glow Up
Why did I create Glow Up?
Because I believe something deeply:
Life changes you. Your power is deciding who you become because of it.
We’re always evolving, and there’s something powerful about consciously choosing who you want to be in the chapter you’re in now.
That belief is at the heart of Glow Up.
My own background has always moved between two worlds.
I’ve worked across fashion, personal styling and modelling, where I fell in love with the details — the outfits, beautiful hair, makeup that makes you feel elevated, the way a fabric falls and the finishing touches.
I see the power in how a woman presents herself and how it can shift the way she feels, the way she’s seen and the confidence she carries.
I’ve also spent years exploring and training in healing and personal development modalities.
I deeply value the inner work. I believe healing can be necessary, expansive and incredibly powerful. I love the depth and self-discovery that comes from truly knowing yourself.
But I don’t believe we have to choose between depth and beauty.
I’ve seen, witnessed and experienced so much proof that they belong together.
That when a woman begins to know herself more deeply, she wants the way she shows up in the world to reflect that.
Glow Up bridges those two worlds.
Inner transformation and outer expression.
I see so much possibility in women — sometimes before they can see it for themselves.
I see women in full bloom.
Because I believe every woman already carries the seed of who she’s becoming.
We plant the seeds of possibility. We create the environment for a woman to explore what’s next, recognise what’s emerging and give her the tools to express it.
The potential is already there.
And it is my absolute honour to watch a woman bloom, glow and become impossible to overlook.
To watch her back herself, use her voice, raise her standards, go after what she wants and own the rooms she walks into.
Because ultimately, Glow Up is about bringing who you are on the inside to life on the outside.
